Pricing and Terms

Contact us for a quote on all website or individual work on a case-by-case basis, or you may chose from our retainer or hourly rate plans below.

Retainer Services: Contracting us through a retainer agreement allows our clients to save almost 20% off the original pricing. Retainers start at a minimum of 10 hours at the rate of $30 per hour, with an option of renewing or increasing hours each month. All other work will be billed at $35 per hour.

Web maintenance and web marketing: All marketing and maintenance services are billed at $45 per hour. Services include:

• Web site touch up
• Search engine optimization
• Running Google adsense campaigns
• Running affiliate campaigns
• Updating blogs
• Forum/Email customer care
• Article publishing
• eBay listings/sales manegement

Invoicing Terms

• We require all our clients to sign a Work Agreement before any work is done. This agreement simply lays out the terms of service and states that the work is being done on a contract basis and not as an employee.
• Invoices will be submitted by land mail, e-mail, or fax by the clients choosing. $30 fee applies to all returned checks. Past due accounts are subject to late fees and/or halt on work.
• Hours are billed in 15 minute increments using a bookkeeping timer
• New clients may be required to submit up to a 50% downpayment before work begins
• Rates are subject to change. Written notice will be provided to clients.
• Expenses are added to the hourly rate on the invoice. Expenses are purchases and items made on the client's behalf such as stationary, shipping costs, and long distance charges
